Hi! I’m Peyton, founder of plantEd Executive Functioning & Academic Coaching.

With seven years of classroom experience as a credentialed teacher in California and Texas, I understand what it truly takes for students to succeed.

Throughout my teaching career, I have seen bright, capable students struggle to achieve academically because they found it hard to start or finish tasks, avoided assignments that felt overwhelming, or lost confidence before they even began.

That’s why I created plantEd. My mission is to coach students in developing not only the executive functioning skills needed to stay organized, manage time, and follow through, but also to deepen their understanding of why school matters. When students connect their learning to a greater purpose, they become more confident, focused, and excited for the future.

Using my Master of Science in Organizational Leadership and Learning from Pepperdine University, I’ve created a coaching framework that is rooted in purpose-driven student growth. My goal is to help students understand their calling and purpose, which acts as a foundational launching pad to cultivate the habits, skills, and motivation they need to flourish in school and beyond.
